I need lots of light to work with dark colors...indoor light is one yellowish bulb, and outdoor light is raining so everyone else will complain about the cold if I open the curtains to let anything in...so I can complete a couple of the light colors, and hopefully they won't take more than the hour I'm charging for them or I won't really be able to sell them (not counting time to figure out how best to go about making them of course).
...A website I haven't visited in several months, I am now attempting to create a profile there as well...hopefully I'll gain more exposure!
Also here's a progress pic of the photo-pillow:
Just a little update, I'm making new colors of animals, and going to figure out flowers to either match with hummingbirds or go alone. Gold butterflies, green and gold hummingbirds, black and light brown for puppies and bunnies, and if I meet the minimum inventory goals, I'll start on multicolors of butterflies and hummingbirds...and then, possibly, I'll be able to figure out a new animal, too.
I just remembered the Almond Festival is about to happen! Remembered just in time, too...I haven't thought about it since last March, and will probably need the entire month and a half to plan for it. Thank the powers that it's not until March 5th...normally it's the last weekend in February. I hope to set up a booth/table there, which means making lots more animals just in case people are interested, hehehe...lots to do in the next month!
Time for a new entry. The hats are finished, only took a couple days to figure out the first (sunflower), and then less than a day to finish the second...except that the red flower took some time to figure out as well, hehe...
Many other projects again, a simple no-sew shirt for my boyfriend, an attempt to make a pillow case out of the same image as the giant one (but shrunk of course, no need to make a mattress), and a gold no-sew shirt that has taken weeks and is only nearly halfway done--figuring out the sleeves to make them fit while being efficient with the material has taken its toll on my exuberance for that project.

I finally realize the importance of the dated progress page...it shows just how much I'm actually working!
