It's been such a busy week, but I can't remember what made it so busy! I think that it was mostly cleaning and reorganizing, so now I have an actual working desk. One this is for certain: my business has grown beyond the "easily transported" stage. Some singular projects are still easy to take with me, but as a whole, I need a place for my business (at least) to call "home" and stay there.

Converting to written form is a long process! But is of slightly less priority than commissioned projects, which include the nearly-done poncho and the beginning of the crochet portrait of Johnny Depp. I really want to get at least one microcheted project done, I imagine that this shiny little medium will be a very beautiful piece of art!
Coming soon: converted patterns from chart form to written! I am also working to shrink some of the large patterns into medium size, but probably not small; and possibly later rather than sooner, but soon enough, will be a gigantic portrait--
It's been a busy week "off" with part yarning and much cleaning. But it's been great to hide projects of low priority in a convenient, desk-like drawer, rather than creating an ugly pile on the work half of my bed! And more excitingly, someday after I clean it, I'll be able to borrow a REAL desk and convert the den into a bit of office space--no more knee pain at the kiddie table!
